Elizabeth Borsodi holds a degree in harp performance from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, where her teacher was Alice Chalifoux. She also studied at the Salzedo school in Camden, Maine and was a student of Lucile Lawrence.
She has performed with numerous orchestras including the Toledo Symphony, Baton Rouge Symphony, New Orleans Philharmonic, Gulf Coast Symphony, Pensacola Symphony, and in Wisconsin: the Fox Valley Symphony, Central Wisconsin Symphony, La Crosse Symphony, Beloit-Janesville Symphony, Madison Symphony, and the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra.
Ms. Borsodi was chosen as a solo artist for the Young Audiences of America performances, sponsored by the National Endowment for the Arts, and gave over 60 programs in schools throughout Wisconsin. Elizabeth has provided music at hundreds of weddings and special events. She has given formal and informal recitals at schools, churches and nursing homes and is a regular performer at Oakwood Village, Attic Angels and Meriter.
Elizabeth has taught the harp at Lawrence University Conservatory of Music in Appleton, the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Louisiana State University and the Interlochen Arts Camp at Interlochen, Michigan.
